This podcast series focuses on the intersection of Consciousness and Self. This is our “Journey into Enlightenment.” At the core of human reality is Consciousness. Humans are self-defining creatures. We develop rule sets and stories that generate our experiences of reality. Consciousness is the state of awareness in each of us where our self-defined realities are only one of the many options in potential that could be expressed.
Each episode you will join Janet and her friends to gather in this core in Heart Centered Awareness. You will feel this state where time and space are malleable, potential is active and change in our day to day experiences can be felt in the moment. You will witness this sharing in the expansive variety of expressions of Consciousness, and as form and language in our physical and non-physical worlds. Experience new definitions in Self and join in the collective community we call Consciousness.

Death is a vital element in the flow of Life. It can come to a concept, ideal, belief or people we know or don’t know. Together my friend Bud Jahn, a long-time hospice and respite volunteer, will look to explore the beauty of the Spirit in transition. Recognize the calamity of emotions and feelings from all those involved. And, what happens when resistance gives way, transcending into the delight of sharing in the humanity and Spirit present, the Wonder of Life.

Bud Jahn has for years offered touch and presence as a Hospice and Respite volunteer caregiver. His birth mother, Agnes, was a hospice volunteer for over 30 years. As a body worker he is a Certified Alexander Technique teacher with the Contemporary Alexander School of the Alexander Alliance USA. He has additional trainings in Cranial Sacral, polarity & various energy work systems such as Living in the Illuminated Heart with Drunvulo Melchizedek, and Matrix Energetics. He has studied with Philip Shepard, “Radical Wholeness” and Frederick Dodson, “Reality Creation” coach. A former engineer in the oil industry he combines strong intuitive skills and his deep appreciation for the poet Rumi as an active student of conscious awareness. He lives outside of Anchorage, Alaska working with clients and with others who are transitioning. He can be reached at bud_jahn@hotmail.com
